At SGTLC, individuals—including young adults aged 18–24, veterans, and those reentering the community after incarceration—often lack access to stable housing and the structured support needed to achieve independence. South Georgia Transitional Living Center fills this critical gap by providing a safe, supportive, and non-medical living environment focused on workforce development, life skills, and long-term stability.

Our mission is to support individuals facing housing and employment barriers by providing non-medical transitional living services, workforce readiness training, and life skills development that promote independence, stability, and successful community reintegration.

About us
South Georgia Transitional Living Center was founded on the belief that everyone deserves the chance to achieve independence. We are a new business in Valdosta, dedicated to providing a critical service to young adults, Veterans, a reentry people who are homeless, or unstably housed.
